Withdrawals
STEP 1:  You can withdraw coins from your account via the desktop or the mobile site using the ‘Withdraw’ option. you can check the status of your withdrawal by doing the following: Make sure you confirmed the withdrawal in the email we sent you.   On the Desktop Website   Login to your account. Go to Balances > DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS using the main menu. The withdrawal should appear in your Withdrawal History along with a status of pending, processing, or completed. Occasionally, email providers block unrecognized IP addresses to prevent spam. If this happens, Bitxmen receives a message that your email provider did not accept the email, and we send a request for our IP address to be allowed.    While we act quickly to submit the request, the issue is dependent on your email provider’s response time. If you don’t receive a Withdrawal Confirmation email in 48 hours, please open a support ticket at Bitxmen Support. 
It is safe to ignore the "Oops" error message, your withdrawal will be processed regardless.   If you want to be sure please check your withdrawal history at:   https://bitxmen.com/depositHistory   Your recent withdrawal will be pending/processing for a few minutes, if an error occur or it remains stuck on pending/processing for too long please create a support ticket, set the ticket type to 'Withdrawal Issue' and a support agent will assist you.
The awaiting approval status is a security measure to allow a security agent to review and approve the transaction manually, this is necessary in some cases depending on how secure your account is.   Your withdrawal will be approved within 24h, it is usually much faster but some cases will require contact with the compliance team, in that case a compliance agent will reach out to solve any eventual problem with you via support ticket.   In case your withdrawal...
