What happens after I submit a support ticket? How can I track the status?

Step 1:

Once you have submitted a support ticket, you will receive an email with instructions. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may need to take action based on the email instructions sent to you. 

Step 2:

To track the status of your ticket, login to Support Center. You’ll see an option to track ticket status. 

Step 3:

The status of your issue along with a brief description and ticket number are available. The status of your ticket is displayed as OPEN (still under review), CLOSED (resolved) or WAITING FOR USER RESPONSE.
 

To follow up with your concerns or questions, open the ticket and reply with your message. To prevent any confusion and for us to be able to quickly gather all the information necessary to resolve the issue please use only a single ticket for each issue, if you have anything to add, please do so on the original ticket. Opening additional tickets will only cause further delays.
