you can check the status of your withdrawal by doing the following:
- Make sure you confirmed the withdrawal in the email we sent you.
On the Desktop Website
- Login to your account.
- Go to Balances > DEPOSITS & WITHDRAWALS using the main menu.
- The withdrawal should appear in your Withdrawal History along with a status of pending, processing, or completed.
- If completed, you should receive your coins soon, depending on the network speed of the coin.
- If “COMPLETE: ERROR” appears in your withdrawal history, or the withdrawal has not completed within 30 minutes, please contact at Bitxmen Support.
On the Mobile Website:
- Login to your account.
- Access the main menu using the icon in the upper right of the screen and choose Deposits & Withdrawals.
- Select History at the top of the screen.
- The withdrawal should appear in your Withdrawal History along with a status of pending, processing, or completed.
- If completed, you should receive your coins soon, depending on the network speed of the coin.
- If “COMPLETE: ERROR” appears in your withdrawal history, or the withdrawal has not completed within 30 minutes, please contact at Bitxmen Support.
